GREECE 

ACS (1-2 days):

For orders up tο €75,00 the shipping cost is €3,50.

Cash on delivery option is an extra €1,50.

Orders above €75,00, we grant you free shipping.​

For cash on delivery orders above €100, we grant you free shipping.

EU COUNTRIES

Orders shipped with standard shipping option can take up to 10 days to arrive & the shipping cost is €12.

Orders above €200,00 we grant you free shipping.

Orders shipped via DHL EXPRESS, the estimated delivery times once your order has been processed, for Europe is around 1–3 business days & the shipping cost is €20.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped via DHL EXPRESS, the estimated delivery times once your order has been processed, for United Kingdom is around 1–3 business days & the shipping cost is €20.  For Australia, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. 

All other countries, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.

We offer free shipping within Europe on orders over €200, and worldwide on orders over €300.

Each item is handmade to order specifically for you. Please allow around 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. All products are crafted and shipped from Greece.

International Shipping – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Customs duties and taxes are not included at checkout.
ACHALA HANDCRAFTED is based in Greece, and our prices do not cover any additional fees that may apply when your package enters your country. For details, please check your local customs regulations.

If you refuse a shipment, any import fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your parcel is lost during transit, we will do our best to help. However, we cannot be held responsible once delivery confirmation has been provided.
